The deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation within 24 hours → the full agreed amount is due

Corporate bookings are handled via quotation

Agreements are confirmed in writing in advance

Invoicing takes place before or directly after the event, by mutual agreement

Payment term: 7 or 14 days

As the date and time are reserved exclusively:

Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance: free of charge

Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the agreed amount

Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the agreed amount
